At the End of 2011
I chose to end the year with the kids at the shelter. I’m curled up on the couch in the living room, listening to them laugh while they watch Land of the Lost on DVD. It’s so very sweet, and feels oddly like family as we close out one year and get ready for another.

I only ever hear “Breathe Me” when it’s the overly-clichéd soundtrack to my own emotions, instead of hearing it over and over again on something awful like House.
